Birth Teor of the surviving spouse (Certified copy).

Birth Teor of the expired spouse. (Certified copy)

Their marriage Teor. (Certified copy)

Residence Certificate of the surviving spouse.

Complimentary Residence Certificate of the surviving
spouse.

Residence Certificate of the expired spouse.
-
Complimentary Residence Certificate of the expired spouse.

Death Certificate of the expired spouse.
-
Indian passport of the surviving spouse.
-
Power of Attorney of the surviving spouse.
-
Police Clearance Certificate of the Surviving Spouse.
Note:
In this case Birth Transcription will be done of the
Applicant and the deceased Spouse as the same is required
for the transcription of Marriage so as to bring the
eligibility for the Children. (As per the new directions
of the CRC the birth of both the Applicant and the deceased
spouse is required to be transcribed at the CRC prior
to the transcription of Marriage.
