eligible to be transcribed unless the birth of one of
the party to the marriage is transcribed first. Herein

period and address which must compulsorily cover the
period of residence between 1st January 1974 to 31st

once the file is ready we submit the documents directly
to Conservatoria dos Registos Centrais in Lisboa, Portugal
and we follow up the case with the CRC, Lisboa on your
behalf till the process is completed which takes approximately
one year in case of transcription of Birth only and
one and a half year in case of transcription of Birth
and Marriage.
